Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the threats posed by technological advances and digitization. In particular I focused on the analysis of the impact of technology on the human brain, the formation of addictions, decision-making, mental and physical disorders and business. Due to the wide spectrum of the analyzed phenomenon, I decided to write the paper based on available research and literature. The chosen method allowed me not to limit myself to a single aspect of technological development, but to examine threats more broadly, as a coherent whole.
