Abstract
The article is an attempt to problematize legal education in order to show its unconscious
structures. Methodologically it is based on a Lacanian psychoanalysis, in particular on a three level concept of language. Considerations lead to the conclusion that the unconscious structure of legal education is opposed to conscious declaration. While declarations are talking about the transfer of knowledge, the real practices are based onenforcing discipline and subordination.
