Abstract

The article cites different visions of management. It says that within the management of justice, a new vision for the International Justice of Women Judges is a world without violence, while empowering people to change is a vision in public management in Augusta, Maine. It highlights some views about what vision is predominant in management, including one claiming that it was the search for excellence and another which stated that it was the quest for glory.
